Sabotage!

I am already being sabotaged in my quest for a healthier living. Hubs brought junk food home and I was so hungry and tempted that I ate it. This endevour of mine is gonna be harder than I expected. I also don't have a clue on how to begin a balanced vegetarian diet or how to figure out what fruits are in season or if there are any farms in my area.

this sucks.

My hubby sabotaged me too! I was going to make a nice curry and he brought home a huge pizza :) He was being thoughtful so I can't complain.

(By the way, did you know that you can have a plateful of spinach, 2 tbsps of good vinaigrette, and a chicken breast chopped on top with a sprinkling of cheese and it'll fill you up but not make you gain? :):):) )

(My hubby sabotages too. They mean well. If you go to the store, you might be able to find indian spices ready-made; once he tastes a good chicken breast with tikka masala spices and yogurt drizzled on top (that takes 5 minutes in a george foreman grill), he'll be all about it inshaAllah :) )
