lost .4 lbs.

I hadn't posted in so long and my weight has since fluctuated up and down but I think I have a grip on it now, inshaAllah. I want to start fasting next week to make up my Ramadan fasts and I am curious what that will do for my diet.  I went on a biz trip with the hubs and that threw me off completely! subhanaAllah. That's why it has taken me so long to get back in stride. 

Monday, Wednesday and Friday I do my little workout.

I am a little confused. I had some blood work done this past Friday and the doc gave me the results yesterday. Even though I started this diet with 38% body fat I am actually really healthy. My cholesterol is normal, blood pressure, vit. D, RBC count.  I was really expecting some horrible news. Alhamdulillah.
