I am a little confused. I had some blood work done this past Friday and the doc gave me the results yesterday. Even though I started this diet with 38% body fat I am actually really healthy. My cholesterol is normal, blood pressure, vit. D, RBC count. I was really expecting some horrible news. Alhamdulillah.
