Starting Information...

ok so this is my starting info (cringe worthy)
TOOLS:
- I purchased a Escali bathroom scale
- Orbitape Body Mass Tape (apparently the army uses it)
- Slim Guide Skinfold Caliper (to measure the chubs)
- 35lb/16kg Kettlebell
My starting weight is 156.6lbs (I weighed in at 160 at the doctors office during the pregnancy).
my weight X percentage of fat = how many lbs of fat I have
156.6lbs X .38 = 59.5lbs of body fat
156.6lbs- 59.5lbs = 97.1 lbs of lean body mass.
Using the orbitape I measured my bicep, bust, waist, hip and thigh the total inches was =142.5 inches. I will just be reporting over all inches lost publicly.
