Week 9 Day 1
Breakfast: Bowl of Cinnamon toast crunch (although I like it I prefer non sweet cereal, am weird like that).
Lunch: a bowl of grapes (sweet and delish) a bowl of pasta with spinach again. I am an animal of habit specially right now that I can't hold much down. Whatever works I keep eating more of it.
Dinner: bowl of spinach (okra & ground beef), raspberry tea with milk and cookies. Homemade Rice treat. lots of water.

have you tried any of the Kashi cereals so very yummy and very healthy.. i am on a Kashi kick for the morning.. i hate eating breakfast but i try to eat something because of the little peanut .. do you take a multivitamin or do you do it all natural? am just curious
